# Installation

1. Open the downloaded DMG file
2. Drag **Standalone** to your **Applications** folder
3. Eject the DMG
4. Launch Standalone from Applications

**First Launch:**

* macOS may ask to verify the app - click **Open**
* Grant microphone access when prompted (required for audio input)
* Grant document folder access when prompted (required for saving recordings and presets)

Updates

* Future updates will be available within the app
* Check for updates via the Menu
